Être was born from the desire to help people become their best self, by breaking down the barriers between fitness, nutrition and mental health.
My approach
My aim is to help clients make positive life affirming changes so they feel more grounded and happier. I am a straight-talker who doesn’t believe in fads. I won’t sugar coat the truth, nor will I bark orders, set unrealistic expectations or unachievable goals. I believe in scientifically proven approaches to fitness, nutrition and wellbeing. My attitude is no nonsense and focussed on positive outcomes. And, because life is too short, I like to keep it varied and fun, both for myself and my clients.
