Corporate

Over the last 15 years, I have worked with businesses, advising on Human Resources & Learning and Development within the creative and financial sectors. From restructures to performance management, and employee engagement to recruitment, I have done it all.

I understand the competitive and financial pressures businesses are under but I also know that businesses are nothing without their people. What I have learned from my experience, is that there is often a disconnect between employers and employees.

Bringing employees and employers together

Employers are doing the best they can to support and grow their employees, giving them development opportunities (training, coaching) and looking after their wellbeing through gym memberships and other health initiatives.

However, although they appreciate what’s on offer, employees are overwhelmed, feel misunderstood and end up disillusioned as they seem unable to balance it all. No one wins: the employee is unhappy, the business is concerned about underperformance.

So what can be done about it? Breaking down barriers between physical and mental health is the first step, followed by a more holistic approach to wellbeing. Support employees by giving them the knowledge and tools to look after themselves through better fitness, nutrition and general wellbeing.

Some of the services I offer include:

  • Group fitness classes
  • Nutritional advice
  • Group cookery classes
  • Motivational talks
  • Wellbeing offer recommendations
