Through my journey, I have spoken to friends, family and colleagues who seem to have it all. However, underneath the facade, they aren’t happy. Often, their biggest challenge is that they don’t know where to start or what to do to move forward. Or they got lost in their everyday routine for so long, they no longer know who they are. Understanding yourself and looking after your body, inside and out, is the first step.

So many people fail diets or fitness plans because they silo nutrition and exercise.

 

What should I expect?

Whether you come to me for general lifestyle, fitness or nutritional advice, my priority is to get to know you and to understand what you want to achieve, improve or change in your life. My advice and programmes are completely tailored to your needs.

Lifestyle changes aren’t easy to make and don’t happen overnight, so I will guide you through the journey. Ultimately, my goal is to give you the tools you need to get the results you want, so you feel more fulfilled and in control of your life.

 

How does it work?

The first step is to get to know you, so I have a better understanding of what you are after. I will set up a consultation to discuss expectations, do an initial assessment, discuss goals and we’ll agree the most appropriate approach to achieve them. The fun can then begin, with one-off or regular sessions.

I can see clients at my home or will come to you for an additional fee.

Would you like to train with a group of friends? Get all the benefits of focused exercises to build strength, power and endurance whilst giving you a real cardio workout in a fun and social way. The groups are kept small to ensure you get the most out of the bespoke sessions and all levels are welcome.

Price (per person):

£50 per month (1 session per week)

£85 per month (2 sessions per week)


You no longer feel in control of different aspects of your life and you are unhappy about it. Deep inside, you know you need to make changes however you don’t have the time or head space to figure out where to start. All you need is the opportunity to analyse and prioritise, to evaluate what really matters to you and brainstorm solutions which will get you out of the rut. 

This consultation helps you come to the conclusions that will work for you, in a completely objective manner.

Do you always cook the same food and have run out of meal ideas to feed the family? In this 3-hr bespoke consultation, I will take you through recipe ideas and prepare a meal with you.
The starter £250
With this one, it’s back to the drawing board: how to read food labels and understanding the main nutrition principles to make better nutritional choices, and which basic ingredients to have at home to improvise great meals. In this 3-hr session, I’ll even help with your shopping list and give you a few recipes.
One-off programme £400

You don’t need a PT to train you and your diet is pretty good, but you want some pointers and more accountability.
