I am pleased to announce that the Fitness 101 day retreat will take place on Tuesday 12 May from 9.30am to 4.30pm in South London.
What is the retreat about?
During the Fitness 101 day retreat, I simplify the science and bust the biggest fitness myths, empowering you to make choices that actually work – and feel right for your lifestyle.
Who is Fitness 101 for?
Do you care about your health and fitness? Do you have lots of unanswered questions about fitness? Do you want to stay fit or become fitter? Are you overwhelmed by the amount of information available online? Are you struggling to know what to prioritise, irrespective of previous experience and goals? If you answered yes to some or all of these questions, then this day retreat is for you, regardless of age and gender.
What will I achieve by the end of the day?
When you leave this day retreat, you’ll feel confident about what really matters in fitness and what you can let go of. You’ll know where to focus your energy, in a way that suits your preferences and goals, and you’ll have a personalised plan to guide your next steps.
What can I expect on the day?
The day starts at 9.30am with breakfast, followed by presentations and a gentle exercise session tailored to all needs. A healthy and nutritious lunch will be served before a working session in the afternoon to put the learning into practice and start drafting action plans. We wrap up the day with some gentle stretching before finishing at 4.30pm. With a maximum of six participants, the Fitness 101 retreat offers personalised support for every attendee, along with the chance to learn from one another’s insights and experiences.
Do I need to bring anything?
You just need to wear clothes that you are comfortable moving/exercising in.
Where does it take place and how much does it cost?
The day retreat takes place at 127 John Ruskin Street, London SE5 0PQ. The nearest tube stations are Kennington and Oval on the Northern Line. There are also plenty of bus stops within a 7-minute walk. The retreat costs £119 per person, all inclusive.
